Hunters, Jumpers & Equitation
2010! We’re so ready! Wind, rain, mud, freezing cold, frisky horses, and the dark; we’ve braved them all in anticipation of sunnier, warmer days, relaxing trail rides across the hunt course, challenging horse shows, and the opportunity to just hang out at the barn. What could be better?
2009 was a busy year and even though we had several life changing events take place, the horses helped those involved by just being there, and barn friends helped with much appreciated compassion and ongoing support. We’re also happy to report 2009 was a highly successful year for everyone who showed as well as everyone back at the barn. See, all that riding without stirrups does pay off!
Watch for us in the hunter, jumper and equitation rings as well as in the North American Young Rider Championship Trials. A number of our riders have graduated from their respective divisions and we should be well represented in every level at the horse shows.
We would also like to welcome all the new riders and horses who have recently joined Van Vleck Ranch, including Baxter, our new barn kitty.
