About Us

Van Vleck Ranch Sporthorses is a full-service equestrian facility located at the Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murieta,
California. We specialize in hunters, jumpers and equitation for horses and riders of all levels. We also have quality horses
for sale.

Van Vleck Ranch Sporthorses has more than 40 horses in full board and training; plus, we offer a Day School to introduce
new riders to our sport. We've had much success in our 17 years in business, and we credit that success to our extraordinary
team of trainers, grooms and managers.

Our training staff includes Kelly Van Vleck (trainer), Patty Hunter (assistant trainer), Megan Quinn (assistant traine), Niki Mathen (assistant trainer), Julie Lockwood (day school trainer) and full-time grooms/stall cleaners and horse show staff are: Victor Alvarez (head groom and horse show groom), Audel Hernandez, Genarro Vaile and Octaviano Hernandez.

We show in California throughout the year and we include Spruce Meadows and the North American Young Riders Trials in
our show calendars. We try to vary our show schedule from year to year to incorporate something for everyone.
