About Us

Van Vleck Ranch Sporthorses is a full-service equestrian facility located at the Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murieta,
California. We specialize in hunters, jumpers and equitation for horses and riders of all levels. We also have quality horses
for sale.

Van Vleck Ranch Sporthorses has more than 40 horses in full board and training; plus, we offer a Day School to introduce
new riders to our sport. We've had much success in our 18 years in business which we credit to our extraordinary
team of trainers, grooms, and customers.

Our training staff includes Kelly Van Vleck (trainer), Nicki Mathen (assitant trainer), Megan Quinn (assistant trainer and barn manager), and Julie Lockwood (day school trainer). Our full-time grooms and horse show staff are: Victor Alvarez (head groom and horse show groom), Audel Hernandez, Genarro Valle and Octaviano Hernandez.

We show in California throughout the year and we try to vary that schedule in order to incorporate something for everyone.
